What is a "Diagnostic Visit"

This is a one time visit, usually for the purpose of getting a "second opinion", or getting an accurate diagnosis, as well as a discussion about your options.

When you come for your appointment, remember to bring the following:

Have your insurance information.

Copies of operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits (if any).
